Finally, All The Trivia News You Have Been Waiting For

If you have any questions regarding donating auction items, event sponsorships or ways you can volunteer please calll the appropriate contact person identified on the flyer. Table registrations can be directed to Jen Tiller at: thetillerfamily@msn.com or by calling 251-0511. Payment in advance will be required within a week of making reservations as our table numbers are limited.

FUNdraiser auction


The question has been asked what could be donated for auction items for the Trivia Night. The plan is to have a silent auction prior to the trivia event and then conduct a live auction during the trivia event in between rounds of questions. So large and small items are all welcome of all kinds. The crowd will be quite diverse and so it likely follows that the auction interests will be as diverse in type and price. So send anything of auction value. A recent benefit auction at St Matt's had items such as: a generator, ND football tickets, an Ipod, rounds of golf, dinner for groups of various sizes, legal fees, oil changes. Anything!

The FUNdraiser is on!


Trivia Night - Kloska Edition

Location: Marian High School Gym
Date: September 29, 2007
Time: Doors open at 6:00 PM for the silent auction
Trivia begins at 7:00 PM sharp

Table reservations are a minimum donation of $200.00. There are a limited number of table. Tables will be comprised of ten people so if you can't put a whole table together please plan on a minimum of $20 per person and ask that you be paired up with others. Table reservations will be available soon. Contact information will be posted here as soon as they are available.

If you cannot attend there are numerous other ways to be a part. We are also looking for an Event Sponsor, Trivia Round Sponsors, donated auction items, and others. Another way to help is to volunteer your time to help with the event night and organizing ahead of time. At this time if you are looking to help please contact the appropriate person below:

Trivia Night Fundraiser Coming

There is an organizing committee hard at work to bring this together and details will be coming soon. Critical to a successful night will be sponsorship of this event through corporate table sponsorship (monetary donations-details coming) and auction items for both a silent auction and a live auction. Anyone interested in making a contribution to this event in either of these ways please standby for contact information coming by weeks end.

We are renewing the three pronged effort to assist the Kloskas which began last year at The Great Lenten Prayer Storm of 2006: 'Shake Down the Thunder' for the Kloskas! We are also learning this blog thing as we go so please be patient with us. Most immediately is an effort to make a new appeal to all for the Kloska Relief Fund as has already been mentioned here --> Na Zdrowie! The Kloska Family Blog by Mary. With Bobby going back to Chicago for treatment in the near future Margy and Bobby will face some significant financial challenges. Please help as much as you can. More to come on this and other efforts. The contact info for forwarding donations remains the same as last year.
